Consent to Personal Data Processing

Hereby I, acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", when using the website https://frontendtales.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), give my consent to Aleksei Aleksandrovich Trapeznikov, TIN 032382452810 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), for the processing of my personal data under the terms set forth below.

1.1. Personal data provided by me when filling out forms on the Website:

  • last name, first name;
  • nickname (display name);
  • avatar (profile picture);
  • email address.

1.2. Personal data received by the Operator from third-party authorization services (OAuth) when logging into the Website via a GitHub, Google, or Yandex ID account — in the scope that I authorize to transfer when confirming authorization on the side of the respective service:

  • last name, first name (username / display name);
  • email address;
  • unique account identifier in the respective service;
  • link to the profile image (avatar) — if any.

1.3. User data collected automatically using web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, VK Pixel) and cookies:

  • location information;
  • type and version of the operating system;
  • type and version of the browser;
  • device type and its screen resolution;
  • source of referral to the Website (the website or advertisement from which the transition was made);
  • language of the operating system and browser;
  • details of pages viewed on the Website and actions performed on them (clicks on buttons and other interface elements);
  • IP address.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed by the Operator for the following purposes:

  • registration and authentication of the user on the Website, including via third-party authorization services (GitHub, Google, Yandex ID), creation and maintenance of the user's account;
  • ensuring the operation of the Website and providing access to its functionality;
  • feedback with the user, including responding to requests and inquiries;
  • analysis of Website traffic, improvement of its operation, content, and usability;
  • conducting statistical and marketing research based on depersonalized data.

3. List of Actions with Personal Data

I give my consent to the performance of the following actions (operations) with personal data by the Operator: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Personal data processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

4.1. I am notified and agree that web analytics services are used on the Website:

4.2. These services receive user data listed in clause 1.3 of this consent in a depersonalized form for the purpose of analyzing Website traffic and user behavior.

4.3. I am notified and agree that the Website uses the possibility of authorization through third-party services:

  • Yandex ID — service of YANDEX LLC;
  • Google — service of Google LLC;
  • GitHub — service of GitHub, Inc.

When using authorization through these services, the Operator receives from them the personal data listed in clause 1.2 of this consent. The transfer of data is carried out in accordance with the terms of the respective service and only after my confirmation on the side of that service.

4.4. I am notified that Google and GitHub services are provided by foreign organizations, and therefore, when authorizing through them, interaction with servers located outside the Russian Federation may occur.

4.5. The Operator does not transfer personal data to other third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Cookies

I am notified that the Website uses cookies. I can disable the storage of cookies in my browser settings; however, this may affect the correct operation of certain Website functions.

6.1. This consent is valid from the moment of its provision and until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs earlier.

6.2. Personal data storage period: until the processing purposes are achieved, data is deleted, the use of the corresponding website function is discontinued, or until the consent is withdrawn by the user, unless otherwise required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.1. This consent may be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written application to the Operator:

In case of withdrawal of consent, the Operator stops processing personal data and destroys it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the moment of receipt of the withdrawal, except for cases when further processing is permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation without the consent of the personal data subject.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. This consent is provided by checking the box in the corresponding field (checkbox) when filling out the form on the Website or when authorizing through third-party services (GitHub, Google, Yandex ID), and/or by continuing to use the Website after reviewing the cookie usage notification.
